Lichess held their 2025 Summer Marathon, starting August 1st, as 24 hours straight of 1+0 bullet chess. As an Arena tournament, players can jump in and out as they like, though it appears several players likely went the distance; the winner, Fritzti_2003, played 890 games over the 24 hours! They finished with a 65% win rate, and scored 1879 tournament points, finishing almost 200 points ahead of 2nd place finisher BrightFalcon.
